Job Description

เป็นที่ปรึกษา PM ในการวาง Roadmap ในแต่ละ Phase
แก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคระดับสูงให้กับตัวเกม
พัฒนาเกมในฝั่ง Server เป็นหลัก
ช่วยลูกทีมในการพัฒนาเกมฝั่ง Client
ช่วย PM ตามงานแบบ Daily (ในฐานะ Scrum Master)
ควบคุมให้ทำงานแบบ Agile Scrum Framework (ในฐานะ Scrum Master)
ควบคุมดูแลและสอนทีม Game Programmer

Qualification

ประสบการณ์พัฒนาเกม 3-5 ปีขึ้นไป
ทำงานกับ Unity ได้เป็นอย่างดี
พัฒนาเกมด้วย #C, JavaScript, TypeScript ได้
สามารถพัฒนาเกมฝั่ง Server ด้วย Socket.IO ได้เป็นอย่างดี
เคยผ่านการอบรม Scrum Framework
สามารถแก้ไขปัญหา Performance ฝั่ง Game Server ได้เป็นอย่างดี
มีประสบการณ์พัฒนาเกมแบบ Multiplayer มาแล้วอย่างน้อย 1 โปรเจก
มีตัวอย่างเกมจริงที่เคยพัฒนามา

Who are we looking for?

Experienced in JavaScript, Typescript, Python(Optional)
Familiarity with OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), web-based REST APIs.
Skilled and experienced in ANY of these technologies
Backend: NodeJS, Linux, Git
Databases: Relational Databases (MySQL), NoSQL (Mongo, redis)
Framework: Express.js, FeathersJS, etc.
Fast learner. Able to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Collaborative, initiative, able to prioritize tasks.
